Dear Dr. Hung:

On behalf of the International Association for Management of Technology (IAMOT), I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for hosting the 21st Annual International Conference for MOT (IAMOT 2012). By all measures the conference was a great success. It was very informative and well organized. I received a lot of positive feedback from many of the conference participants.

Our appreciation to Mr. Chiu Ching Chun, Hsin Chu Country Magistrate; and to Mr. Hsu Ming- Tsai, Mayor, Hsinchu City for their generous support and attendance in the conference events.

IAMOT would like to thank the MOT community in Taiwan in general, the National Tsing Hua University, the Chinese Society of Management of Technology (CSMOT), and the Taiwan Academy of Management (TOAM) in particular for organizing and supporting the conference.

IAMOT would like to recognize the extraordinary organization of Dr. Dr. Yuan-Chieh Chang, Dr. Johnsee Lee, Dr. Chin-Tay Shih, Dr. Furen Lin, the Conference local and secretariat committees, and the students and administrators of the National Tsing Hua University, for their hard work and contributions to the success of the conference.

Careers in Management of Technology @ IAMOT 2012

Dear colleagues, treat

There will be a panel session on “Careers in Management of Technology” at IAMOT in Taiwan.  It will take place from 13.30-15.00 on Wednesday 21st March. We have a couple of local panellists, which should add an interesting dimension.

The plan is for each panellist to make a very short presentation (maximum 10 minutes) and then to have an informal discussion based on personal experiences and opinions, including audience participation (questions, comments and suggestions). If you are attending the conference and available at that time please endeavour to attend.
